Try these fixes in order:

• Check your internet speed (10+ Mbps needed for HD, 25+ for 4K)
• Restart your router and streaming device
• Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired ethernet connection
• Close other apps running in the background
• Contact us — we can switch you to a faster server

Double-check that you're copying the username and password exactly from the email (no extra spaces, correct capitalisation). Make sure you're using "Xtream Codes API" login, not M3U URL. If the issue persists, message us and we'll reset your account.

We accept payment via Remitly. Once you're ready to subscribe, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the contact form with your chosen plan and number of connections — we'll send payment details.

No. All plans are manual — your subscription runs for the duration you paid for and simply expires. We'll send you a reminder before expiry so you can renew if you'd like to continue.
