Enter Your Credentials

Open the app, select "Xtream Codes API", and enter the server URL, username, and password we emailed you.

Step-by-step instructions for every supported device.

  1. Enable Apps from Unknown Sources

    Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → On.

  2. Install Downloader App

    Search "Downloader" in the Fire TV App Store and install it (free).

  3. Enter Our App URL

    Open Downloader and type: streamzonetv.com/getapp — it will download and install our dedicated app automatically.

  4. Open the App & Add Playlist

    Tap "Add User" → "Xtream Codes API" → enter the Server URL, Username, and Password we emailed you.

  5. Start Streaming

    Your channels and VOD load automatically. You can also use TiviMate or Smarters Pro if you already have them.

  1. Open Your Smart TV App Store

    Samsung: Samsung Apps / LG: LG Content Store / Sony/Android TV: Google Play.

  2. Search for Smarters Pro

    Install the app (free). If unavailable on your TV model, try "Smart Streaming" or contact us for alternatives.

  3. Launch the App & Add Playlist

    Open Smarters Pro → Add User → Xtream Codes API → enter your server URL, username, and password.

  4. Load Channels

    The app fetches all your channels. First load may take 1–2 minutes.

  5. Browse and Watch

    Navigate to Live TV, Movies, or Series using your TV remote.

  1. Android Box — Use Our App

    Install Downloader from Google Play, open it, and enter streamzonetv.com/getapp to download our dedicated app.

  2. Android Phone/Tablet — Smarters Pro or MyTVOnline+

    Open Google Play Store, search for "Smarters Pro" or "MyTVOnline+" and install (both free).

  3. Open the App & Tap "Add User"

    Select "Login with Xtream Codes API".

  4. Enter Your Credentials

    Fill in your Name (any), Server URL, Username, and Password from our welcome email.

  5. Tap "Add User" to Confirm

    The app connects and downloads your channel list in under 60 seconds.

  1. Download Your Preferred App

    Open the App Store and search for IPTVX (recommended), iSTB, Flex IPTV, or Smarters Pro. All work great on iPhone and iPad.

  2. Open the App

    For IPTVX: tap "+" → "Add Provider" → "Xtream Codes".
    For iSTB / Flex IPTV / Smarters Pro: tap "Add Playlist" → "Xtream Codes API".

  3. Enter Your Credentials

    Enter the Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as they appear in our welcome email.

  4. Confirm & Load

    The app connects and loads your channels in about 30–60 seconds.

  5. Start Watching

    Browse Live TV, Movies, and Series from the app's main menu.

  1. Option 1 — Smarters Pro (Windows)

    Available in the Microsoft Store for Windows 10/11. Search "Smarters Pro" and install (free). Easiest option.

  2. Option 2 — VLC Player (Windows & Mac)

    Download VLC from videolan.org (free). Ask us for your M3U playlist URL and open it via Media → Open Network Stream.

  3. Add Your Credentials (Smarters Pro)

    Open Smarters Pro → Add User → Xtream Codes API → enter Server URL, Username, Password.

  4. Browse Channels

    Navigate Live TV, Movies, and Series from the app's main menu or VLC's playlist panel.

  1. Open MyTVOnline 2 or 3

    MyTVOnline is pre-installed on all Formuler devices. Open it from the home screen.

  2. Add a New Service

    Tap the "+" or "Add" button and choose "Add Playlist / Xtream Codes".

  3. Enter Your Credentials

    Enter your Server URL, Username, and Password from our welcome email. Give it any name you like.

  4. Load & Browse

    Your channel list loads automatically. Browse Live TV, Movies, and Series from the main menu.

  5. Need Help?

    Message us on WhatsApp — we'll walk you through setup step by step if needed.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Fixes

Buffering or Freezing

Check your internet speed — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Restart your router and device. Try switching to a wired connection.

🔐

Invalid Credentials Error

Copy and paste your username/password from the welcome email exactly — no extra spaces. Make sure you're choosing "Xtream Codes API", not M3U.

📋

Channels Not Loading

Wait 60–90 seconds for the initial channel list to download. If it fails, force-close the app and reopen. Contact us if the issue persists.

Trial Expired Early

Trials run for 48 hours from activation. Message us on WhatsApp to extend or convert to a paid plan — we can usually activate it the same day.

📱

App Not in App Store

On Firestick or Android Box use the Downloader app and enter streamzonetv.com/getapp to install our dedicated app directly.
